303(g)—Court may appoint trustee to take possession of goods and operate business in order to preserve property. Debtor may be able to regain possession b/4 order for relief by posting bond. If there is an order for relief, debtor has to turn over prop to trustee that is valued at what it was worth when it was originally regained.
