Freedom of religion.
1.  Free Exercise Clause
a.  Laws enacted must be:
i.  Neutral, and
ii.  of general applicability
b.  Challenger must show a desire to interfere with religion
c.  The gov’t may not deny benefits to individuals who quit their                     jobs for religious reasons
2.  The Establishment Clause
a.  Test:
i.  secular purpose
ii.  the effect must be neither to advance nor inhibit religion
iii.  no excessive entanglement with religion
b.  Cannot discriminate against religious speech or among religions                 unless STRICT SCRUTINY is met
c.  Gov’t sponsored religious activity in schools = unconstitutional
d.  Vouchers are constitutional
