Other defenses
1.  Mistake of fact
a.  Can only be used to negate intent
b.  Unreasonable mistake of fact – defense to specific intent crimes                 only
c.  Reasonable mistake of fact – defense to all crimes EXCEPT                     strict liability
2.  Consent – only a defense if it negates an element
a.  Victim consented in a forcible rape charge
b.  Adult consented to traveling in a kidnapping charge

3.  Entrapment
a.  Requirements
i.  Criminal design must have originated with law                             enforcement, and
ii.  The defendant must not have been predisposed to                         commit the crime
