Court of Customs: 102(b) one-year statute of limitations will begin to run once information enters the public domain that, while not anticipating the invention, renders it obvious. It is not necessary that such information be found in a single embodiment, or reference, such as a new publication, patent or invention. Sufficient that the new information, when combined with already existing information and/or ordinary skill in the art, renders the applicant’s invention obvious.
